What is the age requirement?
At least one resident in the home must be 55 or older. Other residents must be 19 or older.
What is included in the monthly fee?
Lot rent, water and sewer, trash, road maintenance, snow plowing, and access to community amenities.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. Up to two pets are allowed per home, with some restrictions. Please confirm current rules with the office.
Can grandkids stay overnight?
Short family visits are welcome. Extended stays should be cleared with the office.
How do I report a maintenance issue?
Use the resident portal when available, or call the office during posted hours: Monday 11 AM-3:30 PM; Thursday-Friday 9 AM-3:30 PM.
How do dues get used?
The annual budget is published for residents. Past statements can be made available through the board or portal.
Can I rent out my home?
Subletting is restricted. Speak with the board before listing or making rental arrangements.
